Fabrication
Limpsfield has a range of highly experienced and qualified Fabricators which includes a number of Coded Welders. They carry out Mig Welding, Tig Welding as well as Spot Welding. Each welder has their own dedicated Welding bay.
The Fabrication department boasts a vast array of high quality machinery, which includes:
- Bystronic Bystar Fibre 3015 Dynamic 3kw Laser cutter
- Bystronic Expert 100 Press Brake
- 2 Selmach M0067 sheet rollers
- Fanuc AM100i automated & Robotic MIG welding Cell
Along with Pillar drills and a Pemserter
Various metals are used to fabricate a variety of products, these include mild steel, Stainless Steel and aluminum; from thicknesses 0.7mm up to 12mm. We also have a full Powder coating and Wet spraying facility, which allows us to apply a first-class finish to products.
